The TPP air driven polishing machine is thé solution of Th. Wortelboer BV for conditioning welding preparations quickly and easy. Tubes, pipes as well as plate edges can be prepared for welding quickly and safely.

The two polishing wheels of the TPP 5090 can easily be adjusted according to the thickness of the material. The inevitable wear of the wheels, which decreases the wheel diameter, can simply be corrected.

The TPP cleans the inside and outside of a tube or pipe (or plate edges) quickly and safely. Through this the removal of rust, paint and coatings inhibiting the weld is
reduced to a minimum.

The distance between the wheels can easily be adjusted, without the help of tools. In this way the polishing pressure can be adjusted to the material thickness. The polishing pressure can also be influenced by slightly tilting the machine in the grinding direction.




The replaceable flap wheels are available in diameters 30 and 50 mm. The (black) strip wheels are available 50 mm only. The polishing width is 30 mm for the flap wheels and 25 mm for the (black) strip wheels. The gritsizes of the flap wheels are 40 and 80. The standard flap wheels are of aluminium oxide construction. Zirconium wheels can be supplied for special applications.




The TPP 5090 polishing machine is supplied in a heavy duty case with all the necessary tools and storage for flap wheels. The content can be adjusted if desired. Inquire about the possibilities of the TPP polishing machine and ask for a demonstration without obligations.
