SPECIFIC WORKING DIAGRAM
The specific use for which the MINIDREL S appliance range has been destined has involved the greatest care and commitment during the design stage to assure impeccable performance in all conditions.
The result being an orthogonal operational diagram which is extremely constant along the longitudinal axis, which means that it is possible to achieve the same load capacity irrespective of the height at which the moulds are being moved (the illustration shows the operating diagram of a MINIDREL 60S).
This is achieved thanks to the independent movement of the controlled deceleration slewing boom, which assures that any dangerous oscillations are avoided, which are common using a normal bridge crane and which risk damaging the mould during the handling stage.
The use of a servo-assisted tow-bar steering system with translation speed control also makes it possible to achieve a wide range of machine positions, to achieve mould positioning on the press which is accurately centred, right down to the last millimetre, and to be sure of time saving during tool change operations.
