ATMOSPHERE MIXERS
Atmosphere mixer, of unique construction, with diagonal impeller, is intended for
pressing air or nitrogen in aluminium heat treatment furnaces in maximum
temperature of 650°C. The construction of the mixer allows it to be installed
vertically on furnace's vault. The mixer assembly consists of:
- shaft mounted in bearing sets with diagnal impeller welded of plastically
shaped steel plates
- body with insulated cover
- air cooler
- shaft sealing
- motor's belt gear
Aluminium impeller cooling a lower bearing shalf and sealing between body and
shaft is encased on the shaft. All subassemblies of the mixer are encased on
the body with insulated cover. Rigid structure body is mechanically stress
relieved, thus the whole mixer's structure is protected against deformations
coming from released stresses.
LOW-PRESSURE VESSELS
Low-pressure vessels are used in marine waste combustion systems.

NOISE INSULATED CHAMBERS
One of the methods of noise reduction at industrial work stations is the application
of noise insulated chambers. Noise insulated chambers are usually rooms
of adequate accoustic insulation, separated from the production hall.
These are noisy rooms, because the noise generating object is located there.
Chambers are to eliminate the noise in such a way that a general noise level at
a production hall does not exceed the noise level stipulated in relevant regulations.
All noise insulated chambers produced by NYBORG - MAWENT SA are made of
adequately shaped, thin, galvanised steel plates. Thanks to this the whole
stucture is rigid, durable, and lightweight at the same time. Each chamber is
produced in accordance with individual parametres stipulated by the Customer.
AUXILIARY BLOWERS
Auxiliary blowers are part of ship engines and usually they are assembled in
pairs. Both auxiliary blowers start operation before starting the ship engine
and provide adequate pressure of flushing air for a safe start-up of ship
engine.
During the operation of ship engine, both blowers start automatically - each
time when the engine's load is reduced to approx. 30-40% and they operate
until the engine's load returns to the level of 40-50%.
NYBORG - MAWENT SA offers a few dozens type of auxiliary blowers.
It is possible to adjust auxiliary blowers to Customer's requirements.
HSV FAN WITH HEATER
Heating unit for internal use as a heat source. Heating medium is water
steam.

paints as per the customer's requirements).

Independent heating unit with the possibility to be installed outside. Heating
